Recently, institutions are exploring ways to get involved in defi without disappointing regulators and their KYC (Know your customer) requirements. One of the existing proposals on this front is to create private defi platforms, where users need to get whitelisted by a whitelister authority before being able to access and interact with it. Some of the leading defi players are exploring similar concepts, both onchain and offchain. An onchain example is Aave Arc (prev. Aave Pro).
The scope of this challenge is to design a protocol which can be attractive for institutions and other regulated players. Deliver a PoC for the platform and a technically feasible plan for completing the development, focusing on the features in place for making it attractive for regulated entities.
